Return & Refund Policy – Rugs Theory

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Custom-sized or made-to-order rugs are non-returnable

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos
• We will provide a replacement or full refund

Return Shipping:

• Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the issue is from our side.
